Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear are not eligible.

Exchanges

• Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.
• Customer must request exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for:
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing item in order
• Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale / discounted products
• Limited edition drops
• Customized products (if any)
